How to control the Energy in your own Feeling World

If there be discordant feelings within the energy of your world, Life cannot release Its Perfection until you quiet those feelings.
Every human being on the face of the Earth does have the Power to quiet these feelings and become harmonious if you really desire to do so. There is no human being on the face of the Earth who cannot harmonize himself if he really desires to, because his own Free Will is always paramount. We often think individuals cause our distress, and that they should be harmonious to some other human being […] You cannot expect him to see things through your intellect. That is the reason there is so much distress, which is a constant resistance and discord between individuals.
The one who desires to be harmonious can stand in the midst of any condition, call the "Mighty I AM Presence" into actionto take possession of his feelings, control the energy of his world, and hold it harmonious in spite of any human being or all on Earth. Then he knows the Scepter of Power, the Master Power of the Universe, his own "Mighty I AM Presence." Two individuals can go through identically the same experience. One can become very angry and resentful, and the other laugh it off. What determines the reaction of the experience of that individual's feeling world? His own discord. And that is surely up to his own Free Will. There is nothing in the Universe compels you to think a thought of destruction unless you desire to. The individual's Free Will is forever paramount.

Many times you are uncertain as to what will be the result from a certain set of circumstances. Whenever you are in doubt, call to your "Mighty I AMPresence" and the Ascended Masters to charge you with Their Perfect Discrimination to always show you the perfect thing to do instantly, and to make you do it without fail. Many times you know the right thing to do; but youdo not make yourself do it because—sometimes it is just a sense of inertia in the feelings. Sometimes it is deliberate pressure of the discord in the atmosphere about you. Sometimes it is the pressure in other people's feelings that makes you not want to do it, and sometimes it is just plain human stubbornness in your own feeling.
